The Capacitor Discharge (Convex) Spot Welder uses capacitor energy storage technology based on a charge-discharge principle. Compared with traditional mains-frequency and medium-frequency spot and projection welders, the capacitor discharge system provides lower instantaneous power requirements, fast charging, short welding times and high output current.

The machine is designed to provide strong and reliable welds while helping maintain good surface quality.
