Engineering notes
DKR series capacitor energy storage projection spot welder works based on charge-discharge principle of capacitor energy storage. Compared with traditional mains-frequency and medium-frequency spot welders, it has lower instantaneous power, faster charging speed and shorter welding cycle.
The welding result features high current output, strong welding joint, clean surface without blackening, discoloration or obvious deformation. Post-weld grinding is not required, which saves labor cost and improves energy efficiency.
This machine is mainly used for welding nuts, bolts, stainless steel, carbon steel and other high-conductivity metal materials. Customization is available according to customers’ product requirements.
